HELP ME!

Well, I got one big explination for why I haven't posted in over 2 weeks, I NEED HELP!

What do I need help with exactly?

I have been wrecking my brain on how to post videos with my post, and I haven't figured it out.

And don't think I am stupid, Yes I do see the little video thing where you can get them off your computer, but I need help on how to get videos off places like U Tube, you know? Like music videos? I know one of you has to know how to do it.

So please help me! I have been dying a little bit inside everyday I don't know how to put up a video!
